Refund & Returns Policy

Summary: When you purchase a deal on Naples.Deals you receive a digital voucher delivered instantly. Because the voucher is electronic and represents real credit at a local business, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances below.

1. What You Purchased

Every Naples.Deals voucher has two components:

- - Cash Value — exactly the amount you paid. This portion never expires and is held as permanent credit at the participating business.
  - Promotional Value — any bonus value above your purchase price. This expires six (6) months from the date of purchase and is forfeited if unused after that date.

Partial redemptions are supported. Any unused cash value carries forward indefinitely; any unused promotional value is forfeited after expiry.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because digital vouchers are delivered immediately upon purchase and represent funded credit at a local business, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or exchanges.

If you believe your purchase was made in error or the listing contained a material error, email support@naples.deals within 7 days of purchase and we will review on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to issue a refund in these circumstances.

3. Business Closure

In the event a participating business permanently closes, the business owner remains solely responsible for any unredeemed cash value. Naples.Deals acts as a payment intermediary only; cash value is transferred to the merchant at the time of purchase and Naples.Deals assumes no liability for merchant obligations after that transfer.

4. Promotional Value — No Refund After Expiry

The promotional portion of your voucher expires six (6) months from the purchase date. Expired promotional value is forfeited and cannot be extended or refunded under any circumstances.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) with your credit card issuer while your voucher retains unredeemed value will result in immediate deactivation of that voucher.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Florida Statute §501.95 regarding gift certificates.
